Google Ads, email and social media. More enquiries, less wasted budget.
With Google Ads you appear exactly when someone searches for what you offer, and you only pay when someone clicks. Without the right setup it is easy to burn money. We make sure your budget lands where it brings enquiries. Plus email newsletters and social media to stay in touch, and workshops so your team can do more itself.
Paid search without the black box
Google Ads shows your ads directly in the search results for the terms you choose. Every ad enters an auction in which Google looks not only at your bid but also at the quality of the ad and the landing page. Relevant ads on a good website pay less per click.
What matters is not the size of the budget but the quality of the campaign. Broad keywords, missing negative keywords and missing conversion tracking burn even large budgets. We document every change as an experiment with a hypothesis, so it is clear which optimisations actually worked, and you get a monthly report in plain language.
The account belongs to you: it is set up on your email address and you keep full access. Nonprofits can also advertise for free with Google Ad Grants. More detail on this service in German: Google Ads.
Stay in touch with the right people
With a well set up newsletter you stay in regular contact with customers, donors or members. No algorithm decides who sees it, and the list belongs to you. Automated sequences, such as a welcome series for new subscribers, run on their own once they are set up.
We usually work with Brevo: EU data servers, a free entry tier and automations included. Everything is GDPR-compliant from the start: double opt-in, an unsubscribe link in every email and a data processing agreement.
For most small businesses and nonprofits, one newsletter a month is a good starting point. We set up the tool, a mobile-friendly template and the welcome series, and train you to send newsletters yourself, or we take care of it on an ongoing basis. Learn to do it yourself
If you don't want to outsource everything, our workshops teach you and your team how Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, analytics or AI tools work. On your own accounts, with your real data, not on slides.
Every workshop is tailored in a preliminary call. A half-day workshop takes three to four hours and suits a single topic. A full day of six to seven hours suits a broader overview. Both work on site or online by video call, in small groups so there is room for individual questions.
Afterwards you receive a summary, step-by-step guides and checklists, and two weeks later a short follow-up call for questions that came up during implementation. More detail on this service in German: Workshops.

No sales pitch. We look at your situation together and you get an honest assessment, in English or German.
Fewer channels, more impact
The question is not whether to be on social media, but where. The most common mistake is being a little present everywhere and properly present nowhere. One or two channels used consistently beat five used half-heartedly.
For B2B businesses and consultants, LinkedIn is usually the most important channel. Local businesses and nonprofits often do better on Instagram, and for associations Facebook is still relevant because members are already there. We develop the channel strategy, three to five recurring formats and an editorial plan, and create posts if you like.
And sometimes the honest answer is that social media is not the right channel for you. If your customers search on Google, SEO or Google Ads will bring more than any Instagram post. More detail on this service in German: Social Media.
