Google Ad Grants gives eligible nonprofits up to $10,000 per month in free advertising on Google Search. The budget itself costs nothing. The catch: Google expects an actively managed account.
According to Google's account management policy, an account needs a click-through rate of at least 5% every month, conversion-based Smart Bidding, specific geo-targeting and at least two sitelinks. If the CTR target is missed two months in a row, Google temporarily deactivates the account.
