Small tasks, repeated every week
It is rarely the big software that eats time, but the small tasks that repeat every week. You don't have to change the whole organisation. Starting with one recurring task is usually enough. These four come up particularly often:
Reports and minutes. A few keywords or a voice recording become a properly written report. What used to be an hour of typing becomes a few minutes of proofreading.
Multilingual correspondence. Emails and letters in several languages, in a consistent tone and with your templates.
Data from documents. Figures from PDFs or scanned receipts land in your spreadsheet automatically instead of being typed in by hand, with fewer transfer errors.
Quotes and text modules. Recurring texts for quotes or answers to typical enquiries are assembled from building blocks you set up once with us.
Understand first, then automate
A process map is a simple one-page overview of all recurring processes in your organisation: which steps belong together, who is involved and where the time is spent. It is deliberately rough, a map for decisions rather than pages of documentation.
Once the processes are on paper, it becomes obvious which tasks repeat daily, which are unnecessarily complicated and where AI can really help. The order matters: map first, tools second. Otherwise you risk automating something that rarely happens and missing the real time-eater.

Build together instead of buying a black box
In the AI workshop we build the tools that actually save your team time, together with you: templates, small helpers and reusable building blocks for your two or three biggest levers. You sit next to us while they are built and understand how they work.
In the same format your team learns to use ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini safely: writing good prompts, checking results, knowing which data may go in and when a human needs to review the output.
The honest part: ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini belong to OpenAI, Microsoft and Google. When a model, a price or an interface changes there, it is outside our control. So we build in a way that lets you handle such changes, and afterwards the system belongs to you. Deeper integrations between several programs are done with vetted technical partners. What Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires
Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires organisations to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among the people who use AI on their behalf. The obligation does not depend on company size: as soon as your organisation uses ChatGPT, Copilot or a similar tool, it applies.
We prepare your team organisationally: an inventory of the AI tools actually in use, an AI literacy workshop with examples from your daily work, and a simple roadmap with documentation templates that record who is responsible for what.

Handover
After the workshop the system is yours and you can adapt it yourself. Accompanying coaching is possible, not required.
Readjust
After a few weeks we look at what has proven itself and where things still stick. AI tools change, and your processes can grow with them.
