I'm Lukas Tröls, founder of Digitalisierungswerkstatt.at. After more than 13 years in performance marketing, business development and project management in France, Austria and Slovakia, I started my own business in 2025 to support small businesses and nonprofits with practical digital solutions.

Too often I see organisations with great products or services that remain invisible online. They struggle with limited budgets, missing know-how and the question of where to start. That's where I come in: we develop a clear plan together, prioritise the measures by cost and benefit and implement them with your team. No agency black box, but transparent cooperation at eye level.

The business is based in Neumarkt im Mühlkreis, in the Mühlviertel region of Upper Austria. Most services work fully remotely: video call, phone or shared screen. Clients so far come from Austria, Germany and Switzerland, and personal meetings are possible whenever they make sense, especially for kick-offs and workshops.
